The park provides students and the community an opportunity to experience various elements of nature. Students will learn about native and endemic species that we are working to save and nurture. They will also learn about the invasive species we need to remove from the park.  It is a wonderful project that has many different levels of support that is needed in addition to constant general maintenance.
