The Guam Service Learning website was first developed by the Ayuda Foundation with a grant from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Association, a federal agency concerned with oceans and the environment. The intention was to be able to give community organizations ways to provide service learning opportunities to students and for students to access these projects.
